Helaas is het doek gevallen voor de Fares Karam & Dina Hayek Live in Concert Show.
Het blijkt moeilijker dan verwacht om met alle partijen tot een nieuwe overeenkomst te
komen op korte termijn wat betreft de datum. Vandaar dat wij als Samarnight het
besluit hebben moeten nemen om geen direct vervolg te geven aan de show op het moment.
Wat de tickets betreft, er zal vanaf maandag worden overgegaan tot het terugstorten
van de prijs van de tickets. Terugstorten van de bedragen zal automatisch gebeuren
voor alle e-tickets (excl.servicefee) die online zijn gekocht en worden afgehandeeld
door Ticketscript BV. Hou er aub rekening mee dat door de vele tickets het hele
process tussen 2-4 weken kan duren. Mochten men na 4 weken niets hebben
ontvangen dan neem aub direct contact met ons op via samarnight@samarnight.com
voor assitentie.
Voor alle fans die via een Free Record Shop een ticket hebben gekocht.
Deze vragen wij om gelijk contact met ons op te nemen via e-mail samarnight@samarnight.com.
Wij als organisatie zullen deze bedragen (excl.servicefee) aan jullie overmaken.Vermeld aub
jullie ticketnummer(s), de datum van aankoop, welk Free Record verkooppunt, de naam van
aankoper en het bankrekening nummer voor het terugstorten. Samarnight Arabic Events zal
zijn best doen om elke aanvraag binnen 48-72 uur af te handelen.

We are grateful for the patience and the many expressions of support you have shown to us.
Unfortunately, the curtain has fallen for Fares Karam & Dina Hayek Live in Concert Show.
It is more difficult than expected to come to a new agreement with all parties regarding the
new date to hold the concert. Finally we as Samarnight have taken the decision and with no
immediate follow up on the show.
Concerning the tickets, as from Monday the refunding procedure will start to take place.
The refunding of the amount will automatically happen for all e-tickets (excl.servicefee)
purchased online through Ticketscript BV. Please keep in mind that there are many
tickets and that the whole process can take between 2-4 weeks. If, after 4 weeks
nothing has been received, then please contact us at samarnight@samarnight.com
for further support.
For all the fans, who have made their ticket purchases through a Free Record Shop.
The refunding (excel.servicefee) will be done directly through Samarnight, so please
contact us via e-mail at samarnight@samarnight.com. For us to be able to make the
refunding we will need you to supply us with the following information: ticket number (s),
date of purchase, which Free Record sales point, the purchaser's name and bank
account number for the refund. Samarnight Arabic Events will do its best for each
application to be handled within 48-72 hour.

Zojuist hebben wij de mededeling van ROTANA gekregen dat de vlucht van morgen vanaf Beirut over Cyprus naar Amsterdam
tevens is geannuleerd. Normaal gesproken zou de vlucht van Fares Karam & Dina Hayek morgen zaterdag 17 april om 13:00 uur landen, maar helaas zijn alle vluchten op Schiphol geannuleerd. Zie link: http://www.cyprusairports.com.cy/

We just have received the bad news from ROTANA, the scheduled flights for tomorrow from Cyprus to Amsterdam are unfortunately cancelled. Normally, the flight of Fares Karam & Dina Hayek was scheduled for Saturday, April 17th at 13:00 from Beirut over Cyprus to Amsterdam.
